• Nursing Superintendent: Head of Nursing services. Responsible for staff allocation, training, quality assurance, and infection control protocols.
• Nursing Incharge: Supervises ward operations, manages shift rotations, and ensures compassionate patient care delivery on the floor.

Essential roles for maintaining hospital infrastructure, managing night operations, and expanding our outreach.

• Facility Manager: Ensures optimal functioning of hospital infrastructure, including maintenance, housekeeping, biomedical engineering, and safety.
• Night Manager: Oversees hospital administration during night shifts, acting as the primary point of contact for operational issues and emergencies.
