Patient Rights and Responsibilities:

  • Patients have the right to receive respectful, safe, and high-quality healthcare.
  • Patients must provide accurate and complete information about their medical history, current health condition, and any other relevant details.
  • Patients have the responsibility to follow the Hospital's rules and guidelines and cooperate with healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Privacy and Confidentiality:
