Try to minimize consumption of sweets, sodas, and juices. If you do indulge, rinse your mouth or brush afterward.

✔️ Drink More Water

Water helps rinse away food particles and balances the pH in your mouth. Fluoridated water is even better.

It stimulates saliva production, which helps neutralize acids and protect your enamel.
